SCC Sixers!
This weekend the 4/5th of March is the Singapore Cricket Club's fabulous sixers weekend! Come on down to support your teams throughout the day! If you want to join the Saturday night dressup party come down on Saturday and purchase a ticket ($30) This years theme is SHOWDOWN BY DAY. SHOWTIME ALL NIGHT. Lights Camera Action. Bring your style down to the Padang for the party at 7pm.
In other competitions, the Wooden Shoe Hockey Tournament hosted by the Dutch Hockey Community is coming up. This annual charity tournament is heaps of fun with plenty of hockey. Its held on the 25th March all day at Sengkang Hockey Stadium. If you want to get involved.. Men - Lawrence (DOH) Ladies - Izzy. Let them know if you want to play. First in for this tournament.
Finally, of course, the league is almost here!!! At the bottom of this newsletter are the details if you haven't paid yet, remember you can't play unless you pay! With the league about to kick into action we have many exciting ventures to be proposed so please keep up to date and watch this space every week to keep up to date.

RESULTS
An uneventful week for hockey; The mens 2's battled a strong Dreams team unable to do any damage to the scoreboard and the mens 1's were stormed out.
The ladies 1's got a taste of the season to start in a friendly against SCC. The girls are working hard to bring together a new team with lots of new faces. There were moments of connection that went well however there is still plenty of room for improvement throughout the season.
