· Vietnam Hockey Centre, Ben Luc Town, Long An Province (Near Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam
Social
Friday 7 Nov: Official pre-tournament party at Bar 17 (venue still to be confirmed) from 7.00pm, with live rock band
Saturday 8 Nov: This year, the official tournament party will be in HCMC city centre (!) Venue TBC.
More information to follow, most importantly… tour fancy dress theme!
For any additional supporters who would like to attend the official party on Saturday night they can buy tickets for $15 USD during registration on Saturday morning.

Visas for Vietnam
You cannot board the flight unless you have one of the following:
a) the confirmation e-mail for visa on arrival
b) a Vietnam visa in your passport.

We have blocked 40 rooms at Sofitel in HCMC
Rates:
US$100 nett per room per night (Single or Double) & breakfast
US$90 nett per room per night (Single or Double) & breakfast for 2 nights +
Pay on arrival.

If sharing a room, mark "double"/ "twin"; roommates don't need to fill this in.
NOTE: if you have not filled in the Sofitel Hotel Rooms tab by registration closing, we will assume you are booking alternative accommodation.
