Hi Tornados
There is some confusion re the location of training tonight
It is at Delta
Unfortunately to add to the confusion the booking person made an error and let someone else have our 8-9 slot.
So, we will train from 8.30 tonight starting with some fitness followed by an hour from 9-10 of intensive training run by the wonderful Dave Hogg J
