Tornados Hockey News: THC - Roger's Update

Heelllllooooo Tornados,

The season is coming!!!
Not like Winter in the US but its definitely just around the corner.

Men's LIGA is set to start in February with 3 teams set to jump in and get some match fitness before thier League season. Fixtures and team details to be released soon!

So hopefully by now you are all aware that due to popular demand there is a SELECTION DAY!
Don't stress, its going to be a social day with a touch of Tornados competitiveness, so that we have everyone in the best team for their ability and attitude.

As soon as we have locked in the date (20th Feb - TBC) we will let you all know! ("oh-no" I hear you say... "I won't be there!!" Fear less! Get yourself to hockey and fitness training so we can see your happy smiles and can-do attitudes so you don't miss out on getting in that team you really want to!)

How are you all doing with your NYE Resolutions???

Was one of your resolutions get fit for hockey or even just yourself? Well forget the gym.. Come and join your team members and get super motivated with a bunch of kick-arse crew that will make an hour of exercise bearable and fun! We all know that hockey is an awful lot more enjoyable when you can make it from one end of the pitch to the other without needing a bench break!

SHOUT OUT!
Men's 4s are on the lookout for a Coach/ Manager for the 2016 season. Its a great opportunity to give back to the club and they are truly delightful bunch that would just love to learn a thing or two from the experienced hockey players within our club. If you are interested or know someone who would be a good fit please address either Simon Read or THE Andrew Barnaby.
