April is generally a month for fools...
Hope everyone was on thier toes, gave someone a decent practical joke and didn't lose thier job over gOOgles 'mike drop'.
Over the weekend Liga games were disrupted by a spot of stormy weather which cancelled both the Premier and social games on the Sunday however the Saturday saw a significant win over the Dutch in the heat of the day taking the game 3-1.
The Womens seconds, proving they are a team to be reckoned with, played an exciting game with plenty of possesion. 1-0 down the women fought hot conditions eager for an equalizer... Finally best on ground, Caroline Wheen, secured her title with a goal from a penalty corner after the final siren. A nail biter game!!
UPCOMING EVENTS
All men and womens leagues are suspended for two weeks as the Hockey World League comes to Singapore. To see some hopefully inspiring hockey head out to SengKang between the 09.04.2016 - 17.04.2016. For full schedule see the below link.
