Weather played a massive part again in the scheduling for this weekend. Men B were very comfortable going in to their match against SRC, having finally managed to scrape together a few subs. This must have thrown them off their game as they unfortunately went down 1 - 3 to a strong SRC side.
Men A were scheduled to open the days action on Sunday but only managed a short amount of play before the lightning foiled all plans. Women A were up against a notoriously tough Jansenites side; adding a goal to the seasons tally but unfortunately losing 1 - 3 at full time. Women B were looking to further build on their positive season in their match against a new Eagles side. The lightning stopped play with 20 minutes left of the match, but with the scoreline at 2 - 0. Women C played their final match of their inaugural season against Theresians. Not an easy match to end on; the ladies put up a strong fight unfortunately ending up on the wrong side of a 2 - 0 scoreline. A great season for the ladies and lots to build on for next year.
