Happy Deepavali Tornados !
Thank goodness its a public holiday after the weekend the TOURnados had. Our theme was the emergency services and there were certainly a lot of casualties and still some MIA. Well done to B-Rad and Izzy for organising the whole weekend and to Aisling for managing all the teams.
It is the last of the league hockey games this weekend, with both 1st XI teams playing on Saturday. However there are still friendly hockey games and tournaments happening until the end of November so a good amount of hockey to be had. Club training continues on Tuesdays until the 8th December
Looking ahead to 2016 :
Training restarts on January 12th at Evans Road
As far as we know the leagues start in mid March for mens and ladies, 1s and 2s
Liga starts in February for the mens 3s and 4s

HAZE Protocol
We have decided that training will be called off if haze levels are at 150+ based on the local to Delta/ Evand road PSI 1 hr reading. We will send a message via facebook an hour before the start to confirm cancelation.
If any suffer from respiratory problems then you are advised not to train when levels are 100.
Matches are called off by the SHF and usually they make the decision by 12 noon on the day of the matches. Captains will be advised of the cancellation by text.
