Good evening Tornados,
Our Annual General Meeting is this Friday, 27th November 2015 at 8pm!
We can't wait to see you all in great numbers at Boomerang Boat Quay (2nd floor).
1) Please have a look at our list of nominees for the committee members and club representants positions. Attached: the list, including the description of duties. You have until Friday, 12pm (noon) to send me your nomination.
**TO ALL NOMINEES, make sure you read the descriptions of duties; you will also need to have a proposer and a seconder for your nomination ready for the AGM (please send me the names before). If a nomination proposer / seconder cannot be present at the AGM, they need to personally send me an email stating the nomination, along with their proxy letter.***
2) You can designate a member as your proxy to vote on your behalf, if you cannot be present Friday.
For your vote to be valid, you must personally return me the completed form (see attached) by email by Friday, 12pm (noon): c.vuille.lessard@gmail.com
3) Also attached for your viewing, the Minutes from last year AGM.
